Our experiential workshops integrate breathwork, movement, focused awareness, and reflective practices to support nervous system regulation, mental clarity, and sustained vitality. Participants progress through a structured 10-part sequence that begins with aligning breath and mindful movement, calming the mind through 61-point awareness, and learn five qualities for optimal breathing.

As the series deepens, practices such as vocal sound, gibberish, laughter, and one-pointed breath are used to reduce mental clutter, enhance presence, and support emotional regulation. Subtle awareness techniques, including aura-based perception, are introduced to foster vitality and self-awareness.

The program also incorporates approaches to subconscious belief change using PSYCH-K®, alongside learning Reiki energy healing as a structured relaxation and presence-based practice. The journey culminates in guided exploration of the Akashic Records, framed as reflective inquiry for insight, and alignment at a soul level.

Together, these practices offer a progressive, experiential pathway to balance, awareness, and personal transformation.
