Program Duration: 12 Weeks

    • Key Themes: Discuss key themes such as Dharma (duty/righteousness), Yoga (paths to spiritual realization), and the nature of the self.

  • Activity:
    • Icebreaker: Participants introduce themselves and share their motivations for joining the program. This activity sets a comfortable atmosphere and allows participants to connect on a personal level.
