Communications Officer
Claudette has 20 years of program management, IT financial services and business experience. She has a passion for addressing issues related to women and socio-economic development and is a founder of the Living Dolls International Ambassadors program. By aligning with Nazakat, Inc. she hopes to leverage the synergy of purpose to provide women in need with access to personal skills development to foster fruitful results. Through the sponsorship of key programs targeted to women in developing communities, she will work to help design a framework to encourage women in Nazakat sponsored programs to boldly explore new horizons by looking beyond their present set of circumstances to find bright futures filled with an amazing opportunity.
Learning and Development Officer
Mary is the Director of training for quality assurance and development. She oversees and directs the development and implementation of training strategy, initiatives, and programs. Mary is responsible for the design and implementation of the quality assurance strategy, knowledge management and performance improvement systems. Her vision is to align training and development programs to operational initiatives and strategies, as she designs and sets infrastructure of the training, quality and performance improvement functions. Mary is a creative, innovative learning professional with a broad base of practical people and organizational development skills, experience and expertise. With 30 years of experience in large global HR and L&D organizations, she enjoys working collaboratively to make a transformational impact in organizations that value people and learning.

Cynthia is a Principal in KPMG’s Information Protection Advisory Services practice. Cyndi’s focus areas include information security & privatization, technology planning, internal and external audit, controls and risk assessments, project management, and business process re-engineering.
