Jagruti (Jagu) Gopar

Jagu focuses on empowering her clients to be active participants in their healing journey and their well being.  Jagu’s career as a nurse began in 1996 with an education from OSU.  Jagu’s passion was strongly rooted in eastern philosophies and Ayurveda, which she was influenced by her grandfather who was a profound Ayurvedic doctor in India.  Jagu innately knew that creation is a gift from the universe and that every human is capable of their own healing.  She empowers her clients with this knowledge and brings the gift of energy healing to heal each individual holistically. 

Dr Grace Tsai

Grace is skilled in Psychiatric Epidemiology, Tai Chi, Qi-Gong, Yoga, Community Health, Quantitative and Qualitative Research. She created a program for Fortune 500 companies to train leaders at the Senior VP level and above in the fundamentals of Mindfulness and Movement Practices. She also collaborated with PenFed Credit Union and Capital One Bank. Program was featured in Forbes, July 2019. She is a strong business development professional with a Ph.D. from the Johns Hopkins University Department of Health Policy and Management, with a concentration in Social and Behavioral Sciences.

Dr Bhupinder Gupta

An eminent personality in the field of Ayurveda, Dr. Gupta guides his patients to explore their inner-energy and say goodbye to diseases. His approach towards his patients is to help them understand that every disease is caused by lack of energy. Herbs and meditation improves metabolism and induces energy in each mitochondrion – a storehouse of the cell’s energy. In ones’ pursuit of health, happiness and longevity, Introduces the Vedic lifestyle, in his aim to promote a natural way of living with Ayurvedic system of medicines.

Dr Pradeep Mathur

Dr Mathur works as the Chief Medical and Health Officer at Ram Sharnam Ashram in Gohana for the last two decades. He has entered the India Book of Records for holding the maximum professional degrees. Born in Jaipur, Dr Mathur (51) has got 25 degrees in yoga and naturopathy and was awarded record certification and medal by India Book of Records in 2018. In early life, his family members and close friends got phenomenal results with yoga and naturopathy, as he has now dedicated his life to yoga and naturopathy.

Mr. Alan Leon

Alan is a Fulbright scholar and a 2001 Piedmont Yoga Studio Advanced Studies graduate. He has taught seasonally at the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies for the last 20 years. He enjoys weaving philosophy, poetry, story and the texture of daily experience into classes. He has led Balance, Equanimity & Carriage workshops in Australia, Cuba, Canada, Israel, and Sweden.
