Vinny aka Moksha’s work spans across a range of socio-economic, humanitarian, and international development projects. She has fluency dealing with a wide range of stakeholders working collaboratively to promote social change and economic development for at-risk communities. She engages in activities that focus on programming that serves as a catalyst for sustainable local development and global socio-economic growth.
Vinny’s multifaceted journey has expanded to include the yogic sciences, which enables her to maintain equanimity and helps develop a heightened sense of well-being. Vinny has discovered the mystical art of the ‘possible’ and believes that integrative yogic lessons provide stress management and emotional self-regulation, to maintain a harmonious balance for optimal living.
As a result of this epiphany, she has begun to explore opportunities to blend her yogic training with her business management experience to create an education ecosystem of customized mindful-based programs in the Social, Emotional, Learning (SEL) curricula, and introduce yoga as a complementary and integrative healing modality in the medical arena. Her experience as a Management Consultant in conducting case studies and developing innovative solutions for successful execution has been the hallmark of her thirty years of industry experience.
Michael has received numerous awards for his leadership, programmatic, and technical skills by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Secretary’s Award for Team Excellence, and the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Commissioner’s Award for Best Practices and Innovation.
Michael’s Federal government career with the Executive Office of the President, Department of Commerce, Department of Interior, Department of Homeland Security, and the Department of Treasury has provided him diverse opportunities to direct the acquisition and transformation of administrative and tactical information technology systems. His experience and knowledge of program management, operational, and technical expertise led to his selection as the agency appointee, representing cross-functional programs and international working groups.
Michael has been a champion for transformation and has an innate ability to collaborate with stakeholders from multidisciplinary environments and establish platforms where business leaders can interact through open channels of communication.
While Michaels’ professional experience is highly technical and programmatic in nature, he quickly realized that there is an underlying energy which allows individuals to connect on a deeper level. And through this connection, collectively unleash a greater level of creativity, innovation and transformation.
As such, Michael’s interest gravitated towards a quest to explore the intellectual energy of collective consciousness that exists in this universe. Hence, Michael’s journey towards self realization is defined and reflected through his passion and purpose in his work.
